Covid-19 Update
You trust us with your family and you have all become a part of ours.
It is with this sentiment that we have made the important decision to temporarily close our office, effective Monday, March 23 – Monday, April 6. We all share responsibility in reducing the spread of Covid-19 and need to act accordingly to protect our staff, our families, our friends, and our community.
During this time,
We will miss the cuddles.
We will miss the endless play.
We will miss all the positive energy.
Most of all, we will miss the connection we feel with all of you each day.
While the office might be closed, we are not going anywhere. Our onsite team is still here 24/7. There will be absolutely no interruption in service or quality of care for all those guests who are currently with us or have boarding previously scheduled during this time period. We are available by phone, email, and social media. We are still taking reservations for future visits, we are here to answer your questions, and would love to talk with you about our services and what we have to offer you and your pets.
What does this mean?
If you have an appointment (boarding check in or out) scheduled during this office closure, we will be making non-contact arrangements with you to ensure that these reservations remain intact, but adhere to all social distancing precautions recommended by public health officials.
In person drop-off daycare services will not be available during this 14-day window.
For any of our clients who are faced with an emergency and need unexpected pet care, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
Finally, we would like to say thank you to all of those who are working tirelessly on the front lines in essential services. Your strength and dedication to our safety and well-being will never be forgotten.
